‘Het Eerste Huisje’ (the First House) is a spacious holiday house near the sea, situated in a quiet residential street on the outskirts of the floral seaside resort of Noordwijk. It is the first house in a small holiday park containing just 16 holiday homes – perfect for a couple or a family with two young children. The pretty thatched house has an interior of about 100 m2 and a large, enclosed garden (600 m2) with views of the bulb fields. There is on-site parking for three cars and a garden shed for bikes – either your own or from the nearby bike rental company.
The décor of ‘Het Eerste Huisje’ is a mixture of modern and vintage style, which gives the house its comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The sleek, white, high-gloss kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave-oven, dishwasher, and a striking retro refrigerator. The first floor has two open bedrooms, separated by a wall closet unit. One room is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bath, a second toilet, a washing machine and dryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a good wifi connection. Het Eerste Huisje is suitable for a maximum of four guests. It is a non-smoking house and pets are not permitted. Reservations are accepted for a minimum stay of one week or two days depending on the season. Your reservation is definite when you received a confirmation from us with the payment information. A € 250 deposit will be charged and there is a mandatory final cleaning fee of € 75. Tourist tax (in 2024) is € 2,45 per person per day.
